No. It is the documented 1G path with CVT10 or CVT10 Pro and 1G receiving cards. Use the 1x40G output-card architecture for the documented 5G/CVT8-5G path.

Are the four 10G ports redundant copies of the same signal?

No. Treat them as four optical distribution legs, each capable of carrying the load of ten 1G Ethernet ports and each requiring an endpoint plan. Redundancy must be designed and configured at the complete system level.

Can all four single-mode legs run 10 km?

Up to the documented 10 km maximum, but each route needs its own optic, cable, connector and loss-budget check. The maximum is not an automatic field guarantee.

Which receiving cards support the higher 10-bit 1G-port calculation?

A10s Pro or A8s Pro only. The shared table lists 494,791 pixels at 10-bit and 60 Hz with those receiving cards; confirm the installed receiver before using that value in the cabinet map.

Can I split one LED screen between this card and a 1x40G card?

No. NovaStar says 1G and 5G Ethernet-port bandwidths cannot load the same screen, even though different card types can be present in the same modular host.
