Professional Customers
Our products and services are designed for professional customers in the LED display and AV integration industry — integrators, rental & staging companies, system designers, corporate AV departments, schools and venues. By ordering, you represent that you are purchasing for business or institutional purposes.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in USD and reflect manufacturer MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies; prices may change without notice
- Payment is required before shipment unless credit terms (NET30) are pre-approved — apply here
- Orders are honored at the price shown at checkout
Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase; our confirmation constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders we cannot fulfill (pricing errors, discontinued items, stock issues) with prompt notice and full refund. Large orders may require verification.
Availability
Inventory information is maintained in good faith but not guaranteed; we will notify you of delays, and back-ordered items may be subject to price changes.
Warranty
New NovaStar products include a 3-year manufacturer warranty; the first 60 days are covered by our direct DOA replacement. After 60 days, service runs through NovaStar’s RMA process with our assistance. See Returns & Warranty.
Returns
No general returns under our direct pricing model; 60-day DOA replacement; rare unopened-return exceptions with 25% restocking fee. See Returns & Warranty.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
