You can order available products directly through the site. For configurable systems, larger quantities, legacy items, or items marked “Request a Quote”, use the quote form and include the product links or SKUs you need.

Some LED control products depend on configuration, availability, project quantity, or current manufacturer supply. When a quote is required, we confirm the exact model, lead time, and compatible parts before you commit.

Yes. NET 30 terms are available to qualifying businesses — production companies, rental and staging houses, systems integrators, distributors, and LED display manufacturers — after a credit application. You will need your IRS SS-4 confirmation, state resale permit, a completed resale certificate, a current W-9, and bank and trade references. Send your company details through the quote form and we will start the application.

Yes. Send your LED wall width, height, pixel pitch, cabinet count, current controller, receiving card model, and software workflow if known. We will help check the likely controller, processor, receiving card, fiber converter, and software path.

Include the product links or SKUs, quantity, delivery ZIP code, required delivery date, and any system details you already have. Photos of labels, existing wiring, or controller menus can also help with replacement projects.

Eligible in-stock orders placed before the daily shipping cut-off usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays usually move the next business day.

Standard ground shipping is free on every order within the continental United States. Expedited, overnight, freight, Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments are quoted separately.

Yes. Tracking is sent once the shipping label is created or the freight shipment is booked.

Opened or installed LED control hardware is generally not returnable unless it arrives defective or damaged. These products are professional electronic components, and many are serial-tracked for warranty and channel verification.

Contact us within the DOA window with your order number, serial number, photos if relevant, and a clear description of the issue. After verification, we will help arrange replacement, repair, or the appropriate next step.

New hardware carries the applicable manufacturer warranty. For eligible NovaStar hardware, that is typically a serial-tracked manufacturer warranty through the authorized channel. Other brands follow their own manufacturer warranty terms.
