Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day.
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from our distribution center in Titusville, Florida (ZIP 32780). Use that ZIP with your carrier’s transit calculator to estimate delivery — most Florida addresses receive ground shipments in 1 business day.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Ground — FREE on all orders in the continental US (2-5 business days; 1 day for most of Florida)
- Express (2-3 days) and Overnight — available on request; cost calculated by weight, dimensions and destination
- Freight: large items (media servers, multi-unit orders) may ship LTL — we will coordinate a freight quote and delivery with you
- International: quote-only. US checkout only; Canada, Mexico and other destinations contact us first. International customers are responsible for duties, import fees and customs delays.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging, and keep all original packaging. We will file the carrier claim and arrange replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer; post-shipment corrections may incur carrier fees.
