Ordering & Payment

How do I order?

Add products to cart and check out, or email us for a quote. Purchase orders and NET30 terms are available for schools, government and established integrators.

Why do some products say “Request a Quote”?

Some configurable or legacy items (H-series builds, Pixelhue switchers, older receiving cards) are priced per project by the manufacturer. Email us — most quotes go out the same day.

Shipping

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock items ordered before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day from our Florida distribution center, with free ground shipping in the continental US (2-5 days; 1 day for most of Florida). You will receive tracking as soon as the label is created.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty do I get?

New NovaStar hardware carries the manufacturer’s 3-year warranty, serial-tracked through the authorized US channel. Pixelhue and BrightSign products carry their manufacturers’ standard coverage.

What if a product arrives dead (DOA)?

Defective-on-arrival units are replaced. Contact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the fault.

Can I return a product I opened?

Opened electronics cannot be returned for refund unless defective — LED control hardware is serial-tracked. If you are unsure a product fits your system, ask us before ordering; compatibility checks are free.

Technical

Which receiving card works with my controller?

Armor A-series cards (A5s Plus, A8s-N, A10s Pro) pair with MCTRL and VX controllers. XA-series 5G cards pair with COEX CX controllers. Every product page lists pairing notes, and you can always email us your setup.

Where do I download NovaLCT / ViPlex / VMP?

Official spec sheets and manuals are linked on every product page. A full software download center is coming soon.
