No General Returns
We operate a direct-to-professional pricing model and do not accept returns on opened or used products. LED control hardware is serial-tracked by the manufacturer — this is also what protects your warranty.
60-Day DOA Coverage
Products that arrive defective or damaged are covered for direct replacement within 60 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number, the serial number, and a description (photos help) — verified DOA units are replaced at no cost to you.
Rare Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances we may accept returns of unopened products within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee and prior written authorization. Customer pays return shipping on approved returns. Refunds process within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
Warranty Service (After 60 Days)
All new NovaStar hardware carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects (not misuse, damage or normal wear). After the 60-day DOA window, service runs through NovaStar’s RMA process — email us the serial number and fault description and we will open and manage the claim with you.
